Features statue engraving titled "Faun". The faun is a rustic forest god or goddess (genii) of Roman mythology often associated with enchanted woods and the Greek god Pan and his satyrs.
Based on an engraving from 1689 of statues at Versailles Palace by Simon Thomassin, which we have carefully restored and enhanced.
