Heinrich Harder was a renowned German artist and naturalist. He painted murals of extinct creatures for Berlin Zoo and sculpted a life-sized Iguanodon for its entrance. Harder became an art professor at Berlin University. His illustrations of dinosaurs and prehistoric animals are still considered reference material today.
