Zoological Society of London

The Zoological Society of London is a charity devoted to the worldwide conservation of animals and their habitats. It was founded in 1826 and these fine art prints are from a set of rare lithographs of newly discovered animals and birds. They were illustrated by famous wildlife artists such as John and Elizabeth Gould, Joseph Wolf, H.C.Richter, Edward Lear and G.B. Sowerby.
